THE PROTAGONIST I'VE PAINTED WITH MY PEN English poem by Ayesha Asif

English poem

"THE PROTAGONIST I'VE PAINTED WITH MY PEN"

Written by: Ayesha Asif

The protagonist; I've painted with my pen

What if I write a bit more to you, about you,

while you listen to my endless stories,

with keen interest, those stories,

where you are my protagonist,

That one main character, perspicacious

all that I have painted with my pen,

The pen that draws you with affectionate love,

Admirable love which can meticulously,

Grab your sagacious mindfulness,

Your focus turning towards the words,

Evidently, that were about to appear,

But I was shy enough to express,

Express about what I feel,

About what I think of you,

Shy enough to let you know that,

All my words are dedicated to you.

But oh, aren't words expensive?

Expensive enough to use them,

As expressions of compliments,

These unrealistic, original morphemes,

Expensive enough to use them,

As expressions of dedication.

The kind of assurance, I might hope for.

On that rooftop, sitting like a pair of stars, which glows under moonlight, together.

You would have been a good eye reader,

If not, then how can you just understand everything?

Without I confronting, almost nothing in front of you.

You called me your therapist...

I remember, I always will.

The only therapy I was associated with,

was through words of kindness, care

and pure intentions for you,

People and their endless noises...

What if I ask few more questions from you?

And you answer them all, gently.

What if I make plans in my mind,

And you call me delusional?

Yeah... Words are expensive cuz,

The words you wrote for me,

Impeccable, plausible, unbelievable

Making me speechless as if,

I'm not myself a playful pengirl.

Your dedicated words, are like,

A flower petal growing inside my heart.

Its aroma, freshening my soulful burden,

Everytime I rewind them inside my head.

Your kind of reassurance and,

your way of expressing your feelings,

To me & about me, is what,

I'll always admire like I admire the vast sky.

You wrote about my eyes that one-day,

When I have always wondered,

since I read your words for me,

That where & when did you notice,

that deepness hidden inside my eyes?

Were my eyes really that profound?

As you have described them!

Or was it only a delusion?

Your thought of making those two eyes,

The main subject of your charismatic poetries,

And wrote about them so beautifully,

That your words have astonished me,

In such great ways where I felt,

Overwhelmed, a little loved.

And most above all, a little wanted,

Without any fear or uncertainty.

I thought of painting you,

as my perfect protagonist,

in my realistic stories of life.

But it turns out to be, "You",

Who painted me as his protagonist,

In those tales of his own universe.

Spark of Hope Poem by Ayesha Asif

SPARK OF HOPE

Written by: Ayesha Asif

Life needs a hope, a single one might be,

And that hope needs another hope.

Extemporaneous efforts, untouched, unrehearsed with desultory,

Cantankerous, unhappy, unsatisfied, annoyed.

Annoyed from being hopeless?

Hopes are born, constructed, created…

One strives with thunder to gain hope.

Galumph, move, further, ahead faster,

Towards your ease with filled jars of motivation.

Intrinsically, being attentive to that spark,

That spark, you always had worked for!

Unpredictable things would take your way,

Would adopt protagonist role,

in the untold episode of your story,

Would try even harder to make you fall,

To make you surrender towards your fate!

These joys were only temporary,

So were the sorrows you had.

The globe, keeping you in that undefined circle,

Compelling you, to move around and around,

Pushing, like you were a compulsory part.

Like you were a dream that never diminishes,

As if these dreams must always be centralized!

That story, words, emotions weren’t finished,

Scratched, untold and stayed incomplete.

Producing hope, like growing colorful flowers,

in the barren field or in the garden of your story.

Coloring life with the colors of hope,

Adding some more colors, few more desires.

With strong intentions and powerful spark of hope.

That hope, witnessed in those eyelids,

Present in that heart like a behest!

You weren’t tucked in that globe,

You were there to find your way, your option,

And your ray of hope!

You were changed Poetry by Ayesha Asif

You were changed”

Written by: Ayesha Asif

It never feels the same way as if you were,

It feels like a tchotchke, an inexpensive, small, less precious ornament.

Some wrong-doings would have altered you,

Transformed the way you express, feel, think and accept.

How to not accept that you were part of something,

Something important or unusual certainly,

You never know, how could you?

Unaware truths are a blessing to be counted.

With patience, encountering in the most resilient manner.

You were here to conquer,

Then why lost now?

You were distracted, understandable!

Why not to resume again?

Why not roaming on the field, on the streets again?

Afraid of hurting your shoeless toes, your naked feet?

To roam was to find your destination,

Not the final one but the initial one absolutely.

The destiny must be playful with you and your compulsions!

But I know, you won’t settle for less,

You don’t require bundle of roses with sympathies.

I already told you, I know you better.

You changed, you transformed, and you altered.

I saw different shades, several versions of you strangely,

From distance, retrenching, reducing and tightening.

You better cherish yourself, clap in darkness for yourself,

You need to appreciate the timings for everything to be done.

Don’t ever try to do everything at once!

It takes time, step by step, do each single thing every day.

Those unsaid words must have said one day,

Even if it touches the deepest of one’s soul.

Passing side by side with eyes grounded like strangers.

What a limelight moment to remember!

Knowing only the names and nothing else.

What else is required now?

Still expecting the transformation for the sake of what!

Always meant to be unknown, unsung like it was written already.

Hope never dies, it is still alive, breathing lively.

How unapologetically true!

That you were changed taking all inside you.

Keep rocking with the same Dedication and Passion Poem by Ayesha Asif

Keep Rocking with the same Dedication and Passion!

The hurdles you felt in the way of your dreams,

But the passion, the dedication, the consistency won’t decrease,

The hurdles provided by this world,

But the focus won’t diminish.

The discouragement by some toxic people around,

That won’t reduce our hard work.

In this gushy world, everybody is going to stop you,

Some will pass you, some will remain behind,

A very few is again gonna fill your heart with the love for your dream.

We’ll again start saying that “It’s not impossible”.

Nothing but, start giving courage to your heart,

Sending message to your brain that, “Yes, I can!”.

Restarting and resuming once again,

And making your body to feel your more dedicating energy inside you.

The clock is running, the sun is rising,

The moon is shining, the time is passing,

The seasons are changing, the river is flowing,

The science is evolving, the era is turning,

The glaciers are melting, the flowers are blooming,

And the mind is refreshing.

Keep rocking with the same dedication, energy and power!
